The Hammers agreed to cut ticket prices to £15 for the original clash at Upton Park last Saturday and City have agreed to keep tickets at the low rate.
The decision clearly paid off on Saturday as almost 34,000 turned up at Upton Park, which was the 3rd biggest crowd of the day.
The two clubs have recognised that the FA Cup is not as appealing as it once was and that fans would struggle to afford cup tickets on top of paying the higher rates for Premiership matches.
Both should be applauded for the gesture, and also for the fact they fielded full-strength sides for Saturday's 0-0 draw - compare that to the attitude of many other Premiership clubs.
In addition, tickets for juniors and over 65s are priced at just £5. They are currently available to Citycard holders and go on general sale tomorrow.
See you there!
