They plav north London rivals Spurs in the semis, with the second leg to be played on January 31, the night after they were due to play City.
A date for City's first game at the Emirates Stadium has yet to be confirmed.
The club has advised that all tickets already purchased will be valid for the rescheduled date and refunds will be available by returning tickets to the stadium box office.
