Wright-Phillips Pledges Future To City

The 23-year-old England international winger has been the subject of media speculation linking him with a move away from Eastlands during the summer but he has confirmed that he intends to see out the remainder of his contract with City.

“I signed a four-year contract last August and when I signed it was with the intention of staying," he told the Sun newspaper.

“I want to be here until my contract runs out.

"I am not thinking of moving anywhere else."
