According to the Express, Manchester City's Edin Dzeko could join Arsenal's January transfer targets.
Arsenal have lost several players to City in the last few years, and this could be an opportunity for them to bite them back.
Dzeko has not been a regular starter throughout his time at City.
He would have been hoping that the summer change of the playing staff and management would improve his fortunes, but it has not been any better.
Dzeko has voiced his opinions recently by saying that he should be starting more matches. He said:
"I need to play more than I am. I’ve only started four games in the Premier League. But if you put me in there for 90 minutes, everything is possible."
This season he has to fight against the impressive combination of Alvaro Negredo and Sergio Aguero. Aguero has been scoring goals for fun, while Negredo has been able to link up with him and also chip in with a few goals quite comfortably.
