Kolo Toure today completed his £16m move to City on the same day Nedum Onuoha signed a new five year contract with the club.
The blues moved swiftly for Toure after John Terry decided to stay at Chelsea and City had their £16m bid accepted by Arsenal yesterday. The player flew back to England from the Gunner's Austrian training camp today to finalise the move.
Meanwhile England under 21 star Nedum Onuoha has ended speculation linking him to a swap deal involving Joleon Lescott by signing a new five year contract at Eastlands.
Manager Mark Hughes still wants to sign Lescott and it is rumoured the player himself will tell David Moyes that he wants to join the blue revolution and hand in a transfer request.
Meanwhile Brazilian star Elano may be on his way from City, with Italian giants AC and Iner Milan both reportedly eyeing the midfielder, who could be replaced by Miguel Veloso, who has been a long term target for Bolton Wanderers.
