Pastore told Sky Sport Italia: "Going to Palermo was very important for my career and I hope to continue doing well over the next few years.
"My future will be decided after the Copa America. I will talk with President Maurizio Zamparini and my agent, then we'll work out what to do."
Manchester City, Barcelona, Chelsea, Inter and Juventus have all been linked with a move for the 22-year-old, who cost Palermo just ?5m in 2009.
