Nigel de Jong will fly to Munich with his Manchester City team-mates after recovering from a foot injury that has blighted his early-season.

De Jong is still some way short of full match fitness as he has only had a handful of days' training since returning to contact football again last Wednesday.
However, City manager Roberto Mancini wants the Dutch international on hand in Bavaria and it is understood he has a chance of winning a place among the substitutes.?
