Alberto Zaccheroni is currently in charge at the Italian club until the end of the season when it is predicted director-general Roberto Bettega will seek a 'big name' replacement.
Mancini, who was amongst the crowd at Craven Cottage when Juve were knocked out of the Europa Cup by Fulham last Thursday, has said he has no intentions of leaving Eastlands in the summer.
"I was at the stadium on Thursday simply because today we were meeting Fulham in the league so I wanted to watch the show there," Mancini is said to have told Italian reporters.
"I am honoured that my name has been linked to that of Juventus but there is no truth in it at all."
