Eriksen's agent Martin Schoots said: 'Christian was very flattered by the interest from City, but at the moment it is not the step he wants to make.
'The feeling has to be right. It's not about the money.'

However, a statement from the club said: 'Manchester City strongly refute any suggestion that an offer has been made either to the player or his agent.'
Meanwhile, wantaway City striker Carlos Tevez will fly back to England on Sunday to resume his career at the club.
Tevez, City's captain and top scorer last season, will expect to be involved in City's first Premier League game against Swansea a week on Monday unless Inter or Real Madrid agree a deal with City before then.
