Macken Moves South

Macken has joined the Eagles for an undisclosed fee having been told by City boss Stuart Pearce that he did not figure in his first team plans for next season.

"I was very disappointed to be told by Stuart Pearce I would not figure highly in his plans for next season," he said.

"Palace were unlucky to be relegated last year and I'm looking forward to the chance to take them back up again."
