17.23: With City already through, it's just a matter of where they will end up in the group. A win tonight and it is guaranteed they will take top spot.
A draw and they will need to rely on Red Bull Salzburg to get a result at home to Lech Poznan to ensure they finish top.
It can get more complicated with goal difference and all that, but we will only cross that bridge when we come to it, as it it a bit long winded.
17.20: It's a hard life being Roberto Mancini. He has five strikers all unhappy with their current status at the club and that includes his club skipper Carlos Tevez, who as you may know (unless you have been living under a rock) wants to leave the club.
In addition he has a group of stars including Shay Given, Shaun Wright-Phillips and Patrick Vieira that all want a game in what is a bloated squad.
But this is where the Europa League comes in, City's second string have made fairly easy meat of the competition so far and victory tonight will send a message across Europe that even their reserves pack a punch. Team news on the way.
