Superman Ireland beat newcomers Vincent Kompany and Pablo Zabaleta to the senior award, taking over from Richard Dunne, who has won the prize for the last four seasons.
Daniel Sturridge picked up the young player award, with the runners up being Felipe Caicedo and Ched Evans.
