Inter Milan are set to make Manchester City an offer for want a way striker Carlos Tevez in January. The Italian side will first need to ship out fellow Argentine forward Diego Milito in order to make room for Tevez on their wage bill.
New Inter boss Claudio Ranieri knows he will need to sacrifice one of his top players to make the deal happen and is hoping to generate funds and make an offer of around ?30 million. Tevez was an unused sub in the 2-0 win over Everton at the weekend and the striker is becoming increasingly disillusioned with life in Manchester.
His manager Roberto Mancini wants to hold on to Tevez believing he still as a big future at the club. Despite this Tevez himself has no interest in remaining a City player and has made that clear a number of times in the past.
