"We had 12 or so senior players out and played in midweek but I think that's the first point we've gained after a European date so we are reasonably happy," he said after the 1-1 draw.
"We looked quite comfortable and were never under sustained pressure from Fulham.
"I didn't think they asked too many questions of us. I don't think they created too much in open play, so in the end we're maybe a little disappointed we couldn't nick the three points."
