Manchester City and Barcelona are among the clubs leading the race to sign the Chile international.
Reports in Italy claim the 22-year-old, who is one of the hottest names on the transfer market this summer, would prefer a move to Spain rather than England.
"It's normal that a player like him is fascinated by Barcelona," Domizzi told Sky Sport 24. "But a player of his characteristics would have more impact in England than with respect to the Spanish or Italian league."
The highly-rated winger is under contract with Udinese until June 2014 and is valued at 50million euros.
Sanchez, 22, scored 12 goals last season to help Udinese finish fourth in the league and qualify for the Champions League.
