As City's season petered out after Christmas, skipper Richard Dunne questioned the effort of some of Pearce's foreign signings, including Corradi.
Yet the Italian striker does not hold a grudge against Dunney - instead he put City's woes last season down to the boss.
"I have no problem with Richard Dunne," Corradi told the Manchester Evening News.
"Last season there was a lack of leadership in the dressing room - not from him - that meant when things went wrong everyone was `running' in different directions.
"To make us a force in the Premiership everyone has to run in the same direction and that is happening now. Players are able to go to Eriksson or the coaches if they have a problem or an opinion."
Sven-Goran Eriksson's arrival as Pearce's successor has revived the City squad, none more so than Corradi.
The former Valencia and Lazio striker scored just 3 goals in 31 games last season but has already notched 3 in 3 pre-season games under the new Blues boss.
"It has been a good start to pre-season and we are enjoying it," he added. "There is more freedom and expression in our play."
