"We will field our strongest team at Oldham and, with it nearby, it is a chance for City fans to come and see us without having to drive for three hours," said the City boss.
"We will have a look at one or two things in during the game. I wouldn't say that we are experimenting as such just looking at one or two things."
"Players now need to play 60 to 90 minutes so there will be less changes. When we went on tour sixty minutes in a game was really enough for them."
