Manchester City are 7/4 favourites to win the Barclays Premier League title with the bookies, after they beat Spurs 6-0 before Manchester United drew at Cardiff.
City were ahead inside 15 seconds as Jesus Navas produced a sublime finish to stun Spurs, who were never able to recover and were fortunate perhaps to concede only six.
United are now 8/1 fifth-favourites for the title and 1/2 for a top-four finish.
Arsenal remain the chief threat to City after they bounced back from defeat at Old Trafford to beat Southampton and extend their lead over Liverpool at the top of the table. Arsene Wenger's side are 3/1, with Liverpool on offer at 13/2.
The other team in the mix is Jose Mourinho's Chelsea, who also bounced back to something close to their best with a regulation 3-0 win at West Ham on Saturday night.
