City have failed in an attempt to sign England defender John Terry from Chelsea.
The Londoners issued a statement saying they have again rejected a bid and have reiterated the fact that Terry is not for sale. City attempted to sign the England captain during the last transfer window, but it was overshadowed by their attempt to buy some Brazilian guy.
In a statement released by Chelsea, the club state that it has been made clear for a second time, that they would not entertain any conversation on the subject. The statement also warned Mark Hughes that they 'would like to make it clear and will not do so again, that John Terry is not for sale.'
You have been warned Mr Hughes.
