Group A comprises Real Madrid, Inter Milan, Manchester United and AS Roma.
Group B consists of Manchester City, Liverpool, Olympiakos and AC Milan.
The winner of each group will meet in the final at Sun Life Stadium in Miami on Aug. 4.
