Manuel Pellegrini: “I have a lot of trust in this team.
“We have six more games of Premier League in December. We hope we can do it (be top at New Year or three points off), it will be very important for us.
"I'm very pleased because we beat a very strong team, it's not easy to play against them, they have a lot of possession.
"We played too quickly in the first half after the goal, we lost too many balls and they started attacking but we defended very well and that was important.
"I remember just one clear chance they had to score. In the second half we improved with the ball and we had three or four clear chances.
“West Brom is a big challenge, a strong team also playing at home, we finished a run of three games at home and we hope that now we can start winning away because I repeat we deserve to win some games that we lost.
“But this week we have six points, we need to win all of them if we want to continue fighting for the Premier League.”
“Samir Nasri played very well, especially in the second half and also in the Champions League. I think he's playing free, happy, he feels that now he is again an important player and the way the team plays is comfortable for him also.
“All of you know he's a big player. He's a very good player so now he's again playing the way he knows how to play.”
