The Blues are currently four points clear of both Liverpool and Arsenal at the top of the league table with 63 points from 28 matches.
Manchester City are a further two points behind in fourth place, but Manuel Pellegrini's side have two games in hand.
Cech believes that the Citizens should be considered as the favourites to clinch the title, but insists that Chelsea will fight for the trophy all the way to the end of the campaign.
"We are top of the table because Manchester City are two games behind," the 31-year-old told Pravo.
"If they win them, then they will be ahead of us due to the more number of goals scored.
"We are not the biggest favourites but we want to win the league and we will be fighting for it. There are still 10 games left."
