The Italian forward scored just 18 minutes into his City debut at West Ham, and although he failed to find the net on his home debut against Derby in midweek, he would relish scoring against the Reds.
"It would be a dream for me to score in this game, there is no doubt about that," he told the City website. "But we cannot get carried away with the fact that we have won twice and they have not won yet.
"We know they have quality players and we will need full concentration and full commitment on the pitch and the full backing of our fans."
City go into the game 4 points above United, and the defending champions are also without Cristiano Ronaldo and Wayne Rooney in attack.
But Bianchi, who will face a full-strength United defence, still expects a tight contest.
"I will probably be up against Rio Ferdinand and Vidic, who are both top-class defenders, but there are 11 quality players on each team and those that make the fewest mistakes are the ones most likely to win," he said.
"We are in the best possible shape from a mental point of view to play this game after the winning start that we have had."
