Manchester City have dismissed talk that a deal is place to sell Bernardo Silva to Barcelona this summer, 90min has been told.
Sources close to City have told 90min that there is no deal or agreement for Silva and that reports insisting otherwise are wide of the mark.
It has been reported in Spain that Barcelona, who are long-term admirers of Silva, have a deal in place to take the Portugal international to Camp Nou.
It was claimed that Barça, Man City, Silva and his agent Jorge Mendes were all in agreement about a move that would see him replace Frenkie de Jong at the club upon his departure to Man Utd.
But City have dismissed this as speculation and are believed to have no plans to let Silva go.

Silva was unsettled last summer, but he found a home in the centre of City's midfield and enjoyed an outstanding campaign alongside Kevin De Bruyne. His form was rewarded with a bumper new contract in March, which runs until 2025.
Speaking at a charity event last month, City boss Pep Guardiola made it clear he wanted Silva to remain.
"As of today, in my opinion, Bernardo Silva will continue with Manchester City next season, our goal, as a club, is for him to stay with us," Guardiola said.
